House wash: low-pressure soft washing that safely removes mildew, pollen, and grime from siding without damaging surfaces, trim, or landscaping. Gutter cleaning: full debris removal from gutters and downspouts, with downspouts flushed and flow verified. Each appointment is a three-hour window. We'll confirm your service details after booking and reach out if your property needs more than a standard first cleaning.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings require at least 48 hours advance notice. Cancellations or reschedules made more than 48 hours before your scheduled service will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled service are non-refundable, as the time slot has been reserved for your kitchen. Pricing covers a standard single-hood exhaust system. After booking, we will review your kitchen details and confirm your appointment. If your system falls outside standard scope — multiple hoods, multiple rooftop fans, difficult roof access, or a system not cleaned within the past year — we will contact you with a custom quote and issue a full refund if you choose not to proceed. Please ensure your kitchen is closed, equipment is cool, and exhaust fans are off at your scheduled start time. If our crew cannot access the system at the scheduled time, the service is treated as a late cancellation.
