Surface cleaning that lifts out dirt, algae, oil staining, and general buildup from flatwork. We use a rotating surface cleaner rather than a wand, which means even coverage and no striping left behind.

House Washing

Low-pressure soft washing, which is the right method for siding. High pressure on a home forces water behind the cladding and can damage trim, seals, and paint. Soft washing uses a cleaning solution and gentle rinse to remove what’s actually growing there.

Gutter Cleaning

Clogged gutters send water where it shouldn’t go, which leads to fascia rot, foundation issues, and basement moisture. We clear the system and confirm it actually drains.

• Exterior gutter faces wiped down

What to expect

Booking: Choose your service and a three-hour window at 8:00 AM or 2:00 PM. Payment is collected at booking.

 

Before we arrive: We’ll confirm the details you provided and reach out if anything about your property falls outside a standard first cleaning, such as a three-story home or a driveway that hasn’t been cleaned in many years.

 

The day of: We bring our own equipment and use your outdoor spigot for water. You don’t need to be home, as long as we have access to the areas being cleaned and any gates are unlocked.

After: We’ll walk the work with you if you’re home, or send photos if you’re not.
