Service Description
Our Hood & Exhaust Cleaning Service provides a complete cleaning of the commercial kitchen exhaust system—from the hood above the cooking line through the ductwork and rooftop exhaust fan. We remove accumulated grease and buildup throughout the system to help reduce fire risk, maintain proper airflow, and keep your kitchen operating safely and efficiently. Service Includes: • Hood System Cleaning: Detailed cleaning and degreasing of the interior and exterior hood surfaces to remove accumulated grease, residue, and buildup. • Filter Cleaning & Maintenance: Cleaning and inspection of grease filters and other applicable filtration components to help maintain proper airflow and filtration efficiency. Replacement needs can be identified and recommended when necessary. • Ductwork & Exhaust Cleaning: Removal of accessible grease buildup throughout the exhaust ductwork and piping, helping reduce fire hazards and maintain the performance of the ventilation system. • Rooftop Exhaust Fan Cleaning: Thorough cleaning of the rooftop exhaust fan, including grease buildup on accessible fan components, to help maintain airflow and reliable operation. • System Inspection: Visual inspection of accessible components throughout the exhaust system to identify excessive buildup, damaged components, or maintenance concerns that may require attention. • NFPA 96-Focused Service: Cleaning is performed with commercial kitchen fire-safety standards and applicable NFPA 96 requirements in mind, helping restaurants maintain a safer and properly serviced exhaust system. • Service Documentation: Documentation of the completed cleaning can be provided for restaurant records, property management, insurance, and inspection purposes.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings require at least 48 hours advance notice. Cancellations or reschedules made more than 48 hours before your scheduled service will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled service are non-refundable, as the time slot has been reserved for your kitchen. Pricing covers a standard single-hood exhaust system. After booking, we will review your kitchen details and confirm your appointment. If your system falls outside standard scope — multiple hoods, multiple rooftop fans, difficult roof access, or a system not cleaned within the past year — we will contact you with a custom quote and issue a full refund if you choose not to proceed. Please ensure your kitchen is closed, equipment is cool, and exhaust fans are off at your scheduled start time. If our crew cannot access the system at the scheduled time, the service is treated as a late cancellation.
